      The technology of the LCD screen lifter has developed rapidly. From the first generation of chain drive to the current linear guide and linear bearing, it has undergone 5 major technological changes:

      ①Chain drive: unstable operation, high noise, heavy oil pollution, and time need to refuel; the elevation angle adjustment uses a low-power DC motor to overload, and the motor is easily damaged and has a high repair rate. The transmission system is completed by 3 motors. Compared with other elevators, the failure rate is the highest.

      ②Rack and pinion drive: There is a lot of oil, and the oil should be refueled for a long time. Long-term use of the shaft sleeve is easy to wear, easy to produce gaps, and creeping when falling; the elevation angle adjustment uses a low-power DC motor when the motor is overloaded and the motor is easily damaged and the repair rate is high. The transmission system is completed by 2 motors. Compared with other elevators, the failure rate is higher.

      ③Round rod bearing transmission: stable transmission performance, no noise, no oil pollution, no need to refuel, automatic elevation angle after ascending, in line with engineering principles. The transmission system is completed by 1 motor, and the failure rate is low.

      ④Steel ball track structure timing belt transmission: stable transmission performance, no noise, no oil pollution, long-term use does not need to refuel, automatic elevation angle after rising, in line with engineering principles. The system is completed by one motor. The failure rate is very low.

      ⑤Linear guide rail and linear bearing are matched: low-speed micro-motion motor is used for driving, and the linkage structure adopts high-precision imported bearings. The running noise has been tested by the national authority and reached the international electrical noise standard; the circuit uses high-performance digital intelligent synchronous positioning and recognition processing The system has multiple protection functions, self-judgment and self-repair, and a special communication interface circuit with strong anti-interference is used to ensure the reliability of communication; the control methods include RS232/RS485, RF remote control and manual control. The control mode can be more easily compatible with computers, remote control systems or various remote control equipment such as AMX, CRESTRON and other central control system equipment, so as to facilitate implementation, individual control, centralized control and group control.
